Refund policy
At Pehraan, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a transparent process.
1. Return & Exchange Basics
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- One-Time Free Service: We offer one free return or exchange per original order.
- Eligibility: Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact and in original packaging.
- Post-Exchange: Items received via an exchange cannot be returned or exchanged a second time.
- Deadline: We cannot process requests made after the 7-day window.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product from what you ordered, only in that case there's an option to refund otherwise your order will be only eligible for exchanges.
3. Shipping & Pickups
- Reverse Pickup: We typically arrange a pickup from your address.
- Self-Shipping: If your PIN code is not serviced for reverse pickup, you will need to courier the item to us.We will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹200.A valid courier receipt is mandatory for reimbursement.
4. Combo & Multi-Item Discounts
If you return part of a combo or a bulk-discounted order:
- Recalculation: The refund will be calculated based on the standalone price of the items you keep.
- Adjustments: Any combo benefits or bulk discounts will be adjusted accordingly from the refund amount.
- Payment Notes: UPI or payment gateway discounts applied to the original order do not carry forward to exchanges or partial returns.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.
- After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Refund Timeline
Cancelled Orders
- Processing Time: Generally, Refunds are initiated within 7 days of receiving the products at our warehouse.
- Refund Method: Original payment method (3–5 business days)
Returned Items
- Processing Time: 1–2 days after QC pass
- Refund Method: Original method (Prepaid) or Bank/UPI (COD)
Exchange Difference
- Processing Time: After exchange delivery
- Refund Method: Bank account or UPI
⚠️ Important Guidelines
- Handover: Ensure only the approved products are handed to the courier. Pehraan is not responsible for incorrect items handed over.
- Receipts: Always collect a pickup receipt from the courier partner.
- Tracking: The status must show as “Picked Up” for the return to be validated.
